1. What this policy covers
This Cookie Policy explains how vaizy.com (the "Website") uses cookies and similar technologies, what each one does, and how you can control them. It applies to the public marketing website only. The Vaizy application at app.vaizy.com has its own in-app privacy and cookie information. Read this alongside our Privacy Policy (vaizy.com/privacy), which explains how we handle personal data more broadly.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember your actions and preferences over time. We also use related technologies such as browser local storage and tracking pixels, and we refer to all of these as "cookies" in this policy. Cookies set by vaizy.com itself are "first-party" cookies. Cookies set by another company whose service we load on the page, such as Google or HubSpot, are "third-party" cookies.
3. Your choice and how consent works
When you first visit vaizy.com a consent dialog appears over the page. Nothing except strictly necessary storage runs until you choose. The dialog cannot be dismissed without choosing, and continuing to browse, scrolling, or closing the dialog is not treated as consent. You can set three categories separately: Functional, Analytics, and Marketing. Necessary storage is always on and is not a category you can switch off. "Accept all" turns on all three, "Reject all" leaves only necessary storage, and "Save choices" applies exactly the toggles you set. We use Google Consent Mode v2, so Google tags stay in a restricted state until you grant the matching category. Your choice is stored in your browser (see the "vaizy-cookie-consent" entry below) and remembered on your next visit. To change your mind later, clear this website's site data in your browser settings and reload the page to see the dialog again, or contact hello@vaizy.com.
4. Strictly necessary storage (always on)
These are always active because the Website cannot work correctly without them. They do not track you and are not used for analytics or advertising. vaizy-cookie-consent (first-party, browser local storage): records which cookie categories you allowed and when. Kept until you clear your browser storage. vaizy-theme (first-party, browser local storage): remembers your light or dark theme choice. Kept until you clear your browser storage. The site is served through the Bunny.net content delivery network, which delivers static files (scripts, styles, images) and does not set any cookies of its own.
5. Analytics cookies (Analytics category)
These are set only if you allow the Analytics category. They help us understand how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it. The data is aggregated and we do not use it to identify you personally. Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (third-party, Google): _ga and _ga_* measure visits, pages viewed, and traffic sources. _ga lasts up to 2 years, _ga_* lasts up to 2 years, _gid lasts 24 hours. Google Tag Manager loads these tags and does not set its own identifying cookie. HubSpot analytics (third-party, HubSpot): __hstc, hubspotutk, __hssc, and __hssrc record which pages you view and how you arrived, so we can follow up on enquiries and measure marketing. __hstc lasts about 6 months, hubspotutk lasts about 6 months, __hssc lasts 30 minutes, __hssrc is a session cookie.
6. Marketing cookies (Marketing category)
These are set only if you allow the Marketing category. They let us measure advertising campaigns and, where relevant, show Vaizy ads to people who have visited the site. Google Ads and DoubleClick (third-party, Google): _gcl_au and cookies on doubleclick.net and googleadservices.com attribute sign-ups to ad clicks and support remarketing. _gcl_au lasts about 90 days. HubSpot also supports marketing follow-up using the analytics cookies listed in section 5.
7. Third-party services and their own policies
The third parties whose cookies may be set through vaizy.com run under their own privacy and cookie policies: Google (Analytics and Ads): policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/cookies HubSpot: legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy Bunny.net (content delivery, no cookies set): bunny.net/privacy Where these providers transfer data outside the European Economic Area, they rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision.
8. Managing cookies in your browser
You can reopen the consent dialog at any time by clearing this website's site data and reloading the page. Besides that, most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking all cookies may stop parts of this site, and other sites, from working as expected. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge each publish instructions in their help centres under "cookies". You can also use browser private or incognito modes, which discard cookies when you close the window.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when the services we use change. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will ask for your consent again through the banner.
